Our Take
The TECNO POVA 8 Pro is clearly aimed at users who want gaming performance without giving up features that are becoming increasingly common in premium smartphones.
Its 144Hz AMOLED display, dedicated P1 graphics chip, 6,500mAh battery and unusual Alive Matrix Display help it stand out from conventional smartphones.
The biggest unanswered question is the price. If TECNO positions the POVA 8 Pro competitively, its combination of gaming features and hardware could make it an interesting option in the performance-focused smartphone market.
